360 Painting is a well-known, fast-growing national paint company specializing in residential and commercial re-repaints, which has been featured as Entrepreneur Magazine’s top-ranked painting company in 2018 & 2019. 360° Painting seeks experienced Outside Sales Representative to perform sales appointments following our proven sales process, initiate lead generating programs, attend networking events, launch jobs, follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction, and complete performance reports to measure important KPI’s. The ideal candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented individual who serves as the liaison between business, employee, and customer needs. Responsibilities

Manage the sales flow for all in bound leads
Recruit, interview and hire sub contractor painting crews
Initiate lead generation programs
Complete and sell painting estimates following our proven sales process
Provide an extraordinary customer experience
Launch, track and complete painting projects by coordinating with customers and subcontractors
Perform field visits to ensure high quality work and customer satisfaction
Control material and labor costs

Requirements

Must have experience in home improvement/repair industry. (Preferred - previous experience in the residential/commercial paint field - knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment and supplies)
Must be high energy, with sales ability, and the ability to handle rejection
Ability to work, recruit and communicate with subcontractors
Excellent customer services skills
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and report daily with contractors, customers, and owner.
Be a self-starter with the ability to organize multiple projects, manage rapidly shifting priorities and produce tangible, measurable results
Must be highly responsive and punctual
Valid drivers' license
High sense of urgency

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred 2+ years of painting or home improvement experience that would provide the skills and abilities that is necessary to complete the job.
College degree preferred
Bi-lingual is a plus

Physical Demands

Requires frequently: Standing, lifting of 50+ lbs., Carrying 50+ lbs., walking, pushing, stooping, climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, reaching above and below shoulder level; full use of hands, good finger dexterity, lifting from floor to waist and twisting of torso. Also includes working in cramped spaces, on ladders, and with power tools and perform manual labor in outside environment, exposed to heat, sun, high humidity, rain and other adverse weather conditions
