360° Painting, a growing paint company, seeks Team Members with all levels of experience. Painters are the heart of our mission to beautify our communities. Team Members arrive at the job site with the Lead Painter, take all materials off the truck and begins preparing the work area. They take direction from the Lead Painter and works until the day is through. 360 Painting services Northwestern and central VT, having reliable transportation is critical to one's success. The open positions range from part time summer work to full time. Salary will be based on experience.

Responsibilities

Executes on-site job requirements.
Answers customers’ questions (as needed) to the best of his/her ability.
Prepares wall surfaces and paints them as directed.
Cleans up job site after each job is completed.
Pulls inventory as needed to complete jobs.
Maintains the vehicle and all tools and equipment.

Requirements

Previous painting experience is a plus but will train the right candidate.
Has their own brushes/hand tools or the ability to purchase them.
Has reliable transportation.

Compensation: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
