360° Painting is a well-known, fast growing national paint company, seeks a Crew Chief serves as the liaison between the customer and painting crews. He or she arrives at the job site with the Area Manager and takes all materials off the truck and begins preparing the work area, and is responsible for managing the crew and setting the workflow.

Responsibilities

Executes on-site job requirements.
Answers customers’ questions to the best of his/her ability.
Manages crew and sets the workflow.
Prepares wall surfaces and paints them as directed.
Cleans up job site after each job is completed.
Pulls inventory as needed to complete jobs.
Maintains the vehicle and all tools and equipment.
Canvases each area that the crew is working in with marketing materials.

Requirements

Previous painting experience

Compensation: $30.00 per hour
