Duties:

Represent the 360 Painting brand in a professional manor
- White glove customer treatment
Fill your estimate schedule
- Use our CRM software and app to manage the sales flow for up to 5-12 estimate appointment's per week
- Referral partner networking
- Actively seeks leads within the community through various channels (i.e. prospecting, realtors, trade contractors, client referrals, etc.).
- Prospect existing accounts for additional projects, referrals, reviews, and referrals for referral partners.
Conduct customer consultations/appointments following our proven sales process.
- Pre-estimate setup call
- Create customized accurate onsite project estimates using our estimating software
- Diligent customer follow-up & customer communication
Track and achieve agreed upon sales and production targets
- Meet weekly to review KPI and discuss other items
- Create agreed upon KPI metrics
- Create plan to meet KPI targets
- Track weekly status of KPIs using Google drive and Google Sheets
Perform administrative responsibilities in a timely manner
- Provides reports (activity tracking, work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses)
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent required.
Strong verbal/written skills
Strong math skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong computer, smart phone and internet skills
Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation: $2,500.00 - $3,700.00 per month
