We are calling all ROCKSTAR Sales People to apply for this exciting opportunity! 360 Painting of MELBOURNE AREA is looking for a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Person who loves working in a team oriented environment. This position will give you the ability to work one on one with customers and some of the best painting crews in the industry.

Company Overview:

360 Painting is a well-known, fast-growing national paint company specializing in residential and commercial painting.
360° Painting seeks local Sales Representatives to perform customer consultations/appointments following our proven sales process.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and communication.
Manage the sales flow of an average 10-15 customers per week
Serve as a point of contact for all customers
Complete necessary administrative paperwork
Attend weekly review meetings to evaluate performance
Network within local community and support specific Marketing events

Required Skills and Attributes:

Basic computer and Microsoft office skills are needed (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Be a self-starter and self-motivated
Must be a problem solver
Must have a valid drivers' license with good driving record and be insurable

Education/Experience:

College degree preferred but not required
Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Sales Experience
Experience within the Painting or Construction industries
Bilingüal English-Spanish PREFERED but not required
