We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Manager to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to develop a great career with a growing painting company in the South Miami area. We are currently looking for an outgoing individual (bilingual in English and Spanish), eager to own all territory responsibilities and provide customers with an excellent experience.

Successful Candidates will Demonstrate:

Commitment to territory growth (currently have 24 zip codes)
Ability to effectively manage time, calendar, and projects
Willingness to learn, develop and take feedback

Duties:

Manage and develop a territory through prospecting and brand representation
Have diligent customer communication and follow-up process
Service existing and new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule
Conduct and create customized project estimates on site by using a special software and ensure accuracy for all customers
Achieve agreed-upon sales and production targets and other key performance indicators within pre-agreed timeframes
Seek actively leads within the community through various channels (i.e. networking groups, realtors, trade contractors, client referrals, etc.).
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and leadership skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Reliable transportation and driver's license

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
