About the Opportunity
Looking for a steady opportunity with competitive pay and flexible scheduling? 360 Painting is hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll introduce homeowners and businesses to our nationally recognized painting services, generate qualified leads, and help connect customers with our estimators.

Responsibilities
  • Canvass residential and commercial neighborhoods to introduce 360 Painting and carpentry services
  • Generate qualified leads for our top rate sales team
  • Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
  • Track leads and maintain accurate records of outreach activity
  • Meet daily/weekly outreach and lead goals as set by the territory manager 
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of sales, canvassing, or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable approaching and engaging with new people face-to-face
  • Active driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated with high energy and durability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous (1) year of outside sales or canvassing experience
  • Familiarity with residential services (home improvement, painting, roofing, solar, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual skills a major plus

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
