Part Time • St. Louis Park

Purpose

  • Shows up on job site; greets the homeowner; requests to walk around the property.
  • Asks the customer questions and makes recommendations.
  • Generates the quote and submits it to the customer.

Qualifications

  • Previous construction/consumer sales experience/one call closing skills a must!!

Responsibilities

  • Controls all sales functions.
  • Completes estimates/proposals for work.
  • Initiates lead generation programs.
  • Supervises and delegates office activities.
  • Performs follow-up function once jobs are completed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Completes performance reports as required.
